# Public evaluation release

Continuity Core 0.2.2 is released as local reference/evaluation software under Apache 2.0 for Continuity-authored material. Third-party terms remain unchanged. [License](../source/LICENSE) · [Scope](../source/LICENSING.md).

This first public evaluation release includes the security-review tutorial, retained evidence, visual demonstration, governing Constitution and developer documentation. It is not production software or a hostile-agent sandbox. No npm publication is selected.

The founder approved GitHub/Pages publication on 19 September 2026. The earlier unadopted MIT proposal was corrected before publication. Runtime behavior and governing Constitution wording are unchanged. Historical staging editions retain their own identities.
